Food Truck 101: A Recipe For Success (Workshops)
The Food Truck Workshops is a great way to "kick the tires", and to investigate in a "rubber meets the road" way, whether (or not), the food truck business is right for you. They will prove to be both a time saving and money saving exploration. They manifest themselves in several ways:

- one-week warrior apprentice + recipe training $2500 (fee)
- four-weekend warrior apprentice $1500 (fee)
- four-weekend warrior apprentice + recipe training $2500 (fee)

The Food Truck Workshops will teach you everything you need to know to get started in the food truck business, including;
- food truck designs
- the permit process
- Department of Health requirements
- Workman's compensation requirement
- County, Town and City requirements
- Food safety management
- ordering, pick-up and deliveries
- storing, preparing, butchering and cooking
- spreadsheets, check lists and recipes

- the set-up for; inside the truck, and outside the truck
